They are seeking a highly organised Project & Studio Administrator to support project delivery and the day-to-day operations of the studio. This role sits at the heart of the practice, working closely with project leaders and commercial management.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide end-to-end project administration support, including document control, correspondence management and coordination of information
* Support project financial administration such as project set-up, timesheets, invoicing, claims and follow-up of outstanding items
* Liaise with internal teams and external consultants to ensure timely, accurate flow of project information
* Maintain compliance with client systems and required documentation across multiple platforms
* Assist with broader studio administration including meetings, events, reception relief and studio coordination
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in project administration within architecture, construction or engineering environments
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask and work proactively with minimal supervision
* High attention to detail and confidence managing confidential and commercially sensitive information
* Clear written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, professional approach
* Comfortable working across digital systems and project management platforms, with strong MS Office skills
