About the Role
* Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting annual Board reviews to ensure alignment with strategic goals and objectives.
* Setting up and attending Board meetings, Sub Committee meetings, and advisory meetings to facilitate effective decision-making.
* Preparing timely and accurate Board minutes to maintain a clear record of discussions and decisions.
* Distributing relevant Board papers promptly to ensure informed decision-making.
* Organizing catering and coordinating Board retreats and planning days to foster a positive team environment.
* Providing well-researched and analytical reports to support strategic decision-making.
* Briefing notes will be provided to the CEO and Chair to ensure they are well-informed.
* Orienting all new Board members to ensure a smooth transition and effective onboarding process.
About You
You're a dynamic and experienced professional with a strong background in executive/company secretarial roles.
You possess excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively with Board members and senior stakeholders, and maintain focus and motivation for critical tasks.
You have outstanding written communication and analytical skills, including critical thinking, data interpretation, and solution provision.
