About The Team
Our Housing Services and Systems Team provides high quality administrative and systems support, playing a crucial role in sustaining successful tenancies and ensuring smooth housing operations.
About This Opportunity
As an Administration Officer, you will provide high-quality administration support.
In This Role You Will
* Be the welcoming first point of contact for phone, email, and walk-in enquiries, ensuring respectful and responsive support.
* Provide vital admin support across housing programs, including data entry, correspondence, reporting, and team logistics.
* Coordinate office operations—from calendars and filing systems to stock management and IT setup for new staff.
* Support financial and compliance processes, including invoice processing, policy updates, and database maintenance.
* Champion office safety and facilities, acting as WHS rep, First Aid Officer, and liaison for building and vehicle maintenance.
About You
The ideal applicant will have:
* Relevant qualifications and /or demonstrated experience in office operations management and administration support
* Familiarity with the community housing sector and homelessness issues
* Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse communities
* Proficient in MS Office and database systems
* Excellent written, verbal, and digital literacy skills
