We are seeking an experienced Administrator to take on a Corporate Secretarial position.
- Understanding of ASIC
- Annual Company Statements
- Addition & removal of Directors
- Share Transfers
- Deregistration of Companies
- Experience with software programs include but are not limited to MYOB, BGL and CAS 360
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience working in a with a Financial Advisory / Accounting Firm
- Experience working with ASIC / ATO administration platforms, tasks listed above
- Experience using MYOB, BGL or CAS 360 (or similar software) is ideal but not essential
- Strong Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Excellent organisation skills and time management
- Excellent attention to detail
