Our client is offering an exciting opportunity to join their Smarter Recovery Solutions team—a high-performing, fast-paced practice delivering strategic advice and practical solutions in debt recovery.
They are seeking a full-time 'Career' Paralegal to join their busy team in either Melbourne or Sydney, where you will manage your own portfolio of debt recovery files (with supervision).

Duties In this role you will: Manage your own portfolio of debt recovery files under supervision Prepare, draft and file court documents Have good practice management skills including managing your own billable time Communicate directly with clients, providing updates and resolving queries Liaise with internal team members to ensure smooth workflow and cohesive matter management Prioritise tasks in a high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Skills experience Ideally, you will have: 3+ years' experience as a paralegal (managing files end to end) Experience in court processes and procedures Experience in bankruptcy and winding up applications (is essential) Highly organised and ability to prioritise competing tasks Strong attention to detail Clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal) About our client Our client is a top-tier Australian commercial law firm known for innovation, collaboration, and exceptional client service.
