Job Description
Your New Role
As our Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for staff, clients and visitors, providing a warm, professional and efficient front‑of‑house experience.
You will play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly — from managing enquiries and coordinating visitors, to supporting admin, facilities and compliance tasks. This is a busy, people‑focused role where no two days are the same, and where your organisation, communication and customer service skills will shine.
Core Accountabilities
Reception Services
* Deliver a warm, professional and welcoming experience for all visitors and staff
* Manage incoming calls, enquiries and front‑desk support
* Coordinate visitor sign‑in and escorting processes
* Support meeting room bookings, catering arrangements and courier services
* Maintain the Reception Handbook and guide relief reception staff
General Administration
* Update the project contact list monthly
* Provide administrative support to the Finance & Operations Group (invoices, posters, POs, folders etc.)
* Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, ICT and contractor visits
Facilities Support
* Manage procurement of office supplies and consumables
* Monitor security systems to support a safe workplace
* Support contractor onboarding and access to DV tenancy
* Manage meeting room bookings and external room setups
Records & Compliance
* Maintain accurate records for access passes, office attendance and visitor statistics
* Support facilities reporting and vehicle key pack compliance
About You

You Will Be Someone Who Enjoys Engaging With People And Creating a Positive Experience For Anyone Walking Through Our Doors. You Bring
* Experience in a corporate reception or front desk role
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* Confident communication — in person, over the phone and in writing
* Familiarity with business phone systems, Microsoft Office and basic administrative software
* A calm, professional and friendly manner, even when things get busy
* The ability to follow processes, work autonomously and support a wide range of stakeholders
* A proactive approach and genuine pride in delivering high-quality service
