We have an exciting permanent part-time opportunity with one of Melbourne's most successful and high-profile family-owned companies, offering school hours 9:00 am - 3:00 pm Monday to Friday.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the reception area, meeting rooms and calendar bookings
- Provide administration support to the wider team
- Filing, data entry document formatting, and site set up
- Couriers, mail, ordering stationery, arranging catering, managing the kitchen etc.

**Ideally you will have**
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills
- Previous experience in an administration/reception within a professional environment
- Excellent spelling and grammar, with an eye for detail
- Intermediate MS Office Suite experience including formatting
- Friendly, professional, and able to work autonomously

This is a very important role as you will be the face and voice of the company and you will be greeting and liaising with a wide range of people. To be considered for this role you will need to have previous experience as a front desk receptionist in a similar corporate environment, have immaculate personal presentation and a superb phone manner.
