Northpark Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Medical Secretary to join our consulting suites team on a part-time basis, with the potential to become a full-time position.

Northpark provides a wide range of surgical and medical services, including a dedicated mental health unit, maternity services and a dedicated early parenting unit.
Northpark Private Hospital is located on the corner of Plenty Road and Greenhill's Road Bundoora, close to public transport, and onsite parking is available.
Responsibilities
Perform a broad range of administration duties
Answer and redirect calls
Typing and dictaphone skills
Organise appointments
Conduct follow-up requests and make reminder calls for visits
Maintain accurate and effective record management systems, including preparation of medical records
Patient and third-party billing
Coordinate with staff from other departments
Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail
Work well independently and within a team
Qualifications
Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
Flexibility with working hours
