* Plan and implement facilities improvement projects to support future growth.
* Develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflows for effective administration.
* Contribute to program reporting, policy development, and strategic planning.
* Coordinate procurement, contract management, and supplier engagement across IT and facilities services.
* Provide operational support to senior management in strategic and business planning.
* Coordinate internal audits, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Implement risk management frameworks covering ICT and facilities.
* Lead contract negotiations, contribute to current business opportunities, and support agents, EOIs, and student engagement.
* Manage and maintain ICT infrastructure, learning management systems, and student information systems.
* Oversee cyber security, data management, and digital record-keeping in line with compliance requirements.
* Lead system upgrades, process automation, and technology integration to improve efficiency.
* Oversee the maintenance, safety, and functionality of classrooms, workshops, and administrative facilities.
* Manage property leases, building maintenance, WHS compliance, and asset registers.
* Lead and supervise staff within ICT support, facilities, and administration.
* Provide training, mentoring, and qualified development opportunities.
* Promote a culture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
Pay: $95,000.00 per year
