Office Services Role
The role of Office Services is to provide support to the daily operations of the office. This involves a variety of tasks, including facilities administration, AV support and general office services.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing staff and Graduate/Seasonal Clerk movements, desk allocations and desk relocations
* Coordinating maintenance and liaising with cleaners and contractors
* Overseeing security system audits
* Coordinating and working with the warden team
* Invoicing reconciliation
* Working with our catering team to assist with room set ups
* Providing AV support in client rooms, ensuring setup and troubleshooting
Required Skills & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* A Higher School Certificate or equivalent
* Strong oral and written communication skills and a professional phone manner
* The ability to manage a high volume of work and pick up new tasks quickly
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Demonstrate a client-focused attitude for internal and external stakeholders
* Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel as well as Adobe Acrobat functionality
