- ** Hours**: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the Infringements Team. 
- Provide customer service 
- Assist with data entry, document management, and record keeping. 
- Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and handle correspondence. 
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. 
- Maintain accurate records and assist with reporting as needed.
**What you'll need to succeed** 
- Previous administrative experience (preferably within a legal or regulatory context). 
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
