Our client, a professional services provider seeks two permanent full-time **Receptionists/ Office Administrators** based in St. Kilda.

**About the Role**:
As our Receptionist/Office Administrator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation and presentation of the office. With a keen eye for detail and excellent time management skills, you'll excel in managing various tasks while delivering exceptional customer service. Reception/front desk duties will be a core responsibility, making your welcoming and friendly nature indispensable to their success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the office's smooth operation, coordinate maintenance work with contractors, manage inventories, and liaising with cleaning contractors to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, greet guests, act as the main point of contact for members, and foster a cohesive community by addressing member issues.
- Assist with event setup and takedown, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional experiences for attendees.
- Conduct tours of the office space, showcasing the unique offerings to potential clients seeking office space.

**About You**:

- Demonstrated experience in reception/ office administration, customer service or hospitality.
- The capability to work autonomously or as part of a small, cohesive team.
- Be well presented, professional, great communication skills and customer service skills.
- Strong time management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to handle competing priorities with a focus on finding solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
