NORTH Link is seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager / Executive Assistant to play a key role in supporting our Executive Director. This is a varied and hands-on position that blends executive support, office management, financial administration, and event coordination.
This role that blends executive support, office management, finance administration, and event coordination. You'll need to be a confident all-rounder with strong discretion, professionalism, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Executive support to the Executive Director, including diary management, correspondence, and preparation of high-quality presentations, reports and board documentation.
Oversight of daily office operations and facilities, including managing systems, supplies, and filing.
Financial administration including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and audit support.
Support the Senior Marketing and Events Coordinator with planning and delivering events such as stakeholder forums, and networking events.
Stakeholder liaison and administrative support across a range of organisational priorities.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience providing high-level executive and administrative support, ideally in a government, not-for-profit, or member-based organisation.
Mature and professional demeanour, with acumen, discretion, and a commitment to confidentiality
Strong organisational and financial administration skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, and knowledge of Xero accounting package would be highly desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.
Experience supporting the coordination of events and meetings, including logistics and stakeholder communication.
