We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant with proven high-level experience in medicine and/or law. This is a rare opportunity for a proactive, meticulous professional to provide strategic administrative support to Dr Moss and drive operational excellence across the practice and its supporting businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver discreet, high-level executive and personal support to Dr Chris Moss
- Manage complex scheduling, email and calendar systems with precision
- Create, edit, and manage professional correspondence and documents
- Oversee digital/physical file systems with rigorous organisation
- Coordinate with external legal counsel on contracts, compliance and litigation
- Implement business initiatives, HR processes and practice expansion projects
- Prepare agendas, take minutes and facilitate internal/external meetings
- Provide overflow administrative support to the clinical and management teams
- Optimise staff scheduling and orchestrate productive team meetings to boost collaboration, morale and performance
- Oversee staff KPI reports and deliver structured feedback, fostering accountability, professional growth and continuous improvement
Essential Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years in senior administrative roles within medical and/or legal environments
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, practice management software and document systems
- Impeccable written/verbal communication and stakeholder management
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise, multitask and maintain composure under pressure
- Absolute discretion and commitment to confidentiality
- Tertiary qualifications in business, law or health administration highly regarded
