**About the Position**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist in key projects and initiatives, including remuneration methodologies and workforce insights data capabilities.
- Conduct data analysis using external datasets and support process mapping and data governance.
- Provide administrative support to the Data and Remuneration team, including drafting surveys and project documentation.
- Manage database administration tasks, such as compiling and cleaning data for analysis.
- Prepare metric reports for stakeholders and assist in contract management.
**Key Skills, Experience, and Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience in PowerBi is highly desirable.
- Strong writing and analytical skills, with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Effective time management and prioritisation skills, with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.
