Acting as the Head of Office Operations, this role ensures compliance with tax regulatory requirements, oversees the maintenance of accurate records, and facilitates efficient office workflow. The role also plays a key function in reporting and performance tracking for strategic decision-making, while supervising a Junior Admin Assistant and supporting the Tax Division's leadership.Key Responsibilities1. Tax Administrative SupportManage and coordinate the handling of tax correspondences and the filing of tax estimates, ensuring full compliance with tax laws and regulations.Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date records of all tax filings, payments, and related documentation.Coordinate with tax authorities and ensure the timely provision of required documents or information.Assist the Tax Division CEO to monitor and support tax managers in administrative tasks, including tax submission processing, document preparation, and client follow-up.2. Monitoring and ReportingPrepare detailed reports and summaries related to tax matters, including collection updates and submission tracking.Monitor weekly updates from tax managers on the status of tax cases and compile reports for the CEO and Group Managing Director.Highlight delays, pending cases, and other relevant information for management review and strategic decisions.3. Supervision and SupportSupervise, guide, and monitor the performance of the Junior Admin Assistant.Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring all admin work is completed with accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness.Provide training or guidance as needed to ensure the junior staff maintains high performance standards.4. Office Operations OversightFunction as the Head of Office Operations for the Tax Division, managing day-to-day workflow, resources, and administrative coordination.Ensure smooth office operations, resolve bottlenecks, and enhance process efficiency.Work closely with other departments for cross-functional alignment and support.5.
