The Opportunity
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Recovery Case Manager to join our Recovery and Mental Health team on a permanent basis.
The Recovery Case Manager role is a new role in which the expectation is to progress Ie Protection claims to oues through intentionalmunication, liaising confidently with all stakeholders playing a part in the return to work process and managing external rehabilitation providers to support facilitation of return to work oues.
The Recovery Case Manager will work alongside Recovery Specialists and Mental Health Specialists to support achievement of oues for our customers. The role is suited for innovators and expertmunicators with a strong knowledge of rehabilitation regarding injuries and illnesses.
The Recovery Case Manager must manage claims in a consistent, pro-active, fair and ethical manner, in line with Resolution Life's Claims Philosophy, Core Beliefs and Model. The Recovery Case Manager engages in effectivemunication with all stakeholders throughout the claims process relying on active listening and empathy to identify the customer's need and devise an effective and personalised case management strategy.
Your Story
To successfully execute allponents of this role, the candidate should have, or be able to develop, a solid working knowledge of the following:
1. Detailed knowledge of rehabilitation process and experience in applying targeted rehabilitation and return to work strategies
2. Extensive experience in dealing withplex illnesses and injuries
3. Understanding of the Risk Insurance market and associated products will be advantageous
4. An appropriate qualification in Allied Health degree is required
5. Detailed planning, time management and prioritisation skills
6. Strong customer focus
7. Strong written and verbalmunication skills
8. Ability to regularly engage with various internal stakeholders and departments
9. Advanced MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
