Infinity Car Rentals is expanding and we are looking for an experienced Motor Claims & Recoveries Manager to manage accident replacement claims and maximise recovery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of motor vehicle hire and accident replacement claims
* Negotiate settlements with insurers and third parties
* Liaise with panel beaters, repairers, solicitors and other stakeholders
* Investigate claims to determine liability and recovery opportunities
* Prepare demand letters and manage settlement negotiations
* Attend panel beaters and stakeholders when required to support recovery outcomes
* Monitor outstanding claims and ensure timely recovery of payments
Requirements
* Experience in motor claims, recoveries or insurance settlements
* Strong negotiation and communication skills
* Knowledge of motor insurance claims processes and liability disputes
* Ability to manage multiple files efficiently
* Ability to travel locally to meet panel beaters and stakeholders when required
* Experience managing insurer portfolios such as Suncorp Group, Insurance Australia Group, Allianz Australia or QBE Insurance will be highly regarded
* Degree in Law desirable but not essential
