About the role
Provide essential administrative and operational support to the Education and Learning teams within Women's & Children's Services. You'll coordinate education programs, manage course setup in WeLearn, maintain accurate records, and support events-all contributing to the delivery of high-quality education and professional development across Western Health.
Key responsibilities:
* Support undergraduate and postgraduate education programs, including rostering, course setup, and data management in WeLearn.
* Prepare reports, manage records, and provide advice and assistance to staff, clients, and program participants.
* Coordinate events, training venues, and corporate functions, including bookings, catering, and resources.
* Process purchase orders, manage supplies, and assist with financial and administrative tasks.
* Provide high-level customer service and act as a key point of contact for education-related inquiries.
About you:
* Strong written and verbal communication skills and high-level customer service capabilities.
* Advanced administrative and computer skills, including Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and database management.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
* Organised, proactive, and able to support complex projects and events across multiple campuses.
* Experience in coordinating educational programs or events is highly desirable.
