The purpose of this role to contribute to the effectiveness of the Melbourne office by providing comprehensive and efficient support to internal and external clients in order that the business objectives of the firm are achieved.

**Key responsibilities**
- Photocopying, printing and scanning including collating court documents and briefs
- Preparation of letters and court documents using Kennedys templates and Court templates
- Electronic filing and document management
- Court filing both electronic and in person
- Document and package delivery and collection
- Attending to the general supplies and cleanliness of the copy room and general office area
- Document archiving
- Assistance with general office tasks
- Back up reception relief
- Assistance with projects, as required
