Sales Coordinator
We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to support our National Accounts team. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support across sales events, reporting, stakeholder engagement, and project execution in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate sales conferences, customer meetings, and training events (venues, travel, catering, logistics).
* Prepare reports, maintain dashboards, and manage CRM and data systems.
* Support sales campaigns and product launches through project tracking and resource coordination.
* Manage customer agreements, POS inventory, and campaign compliance.
* Provide administrative support, including onboarding, reward programs, and sales packs.
* Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to achieve commercial goals.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years in administration, sales coordination, or customer service.
* Strong skills in Excel and Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook).
* Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams.
* Proactive, customer-focused mindset with a passion for execution.
