This prominent consulting firm focused on leadership and organisational culture development, is seeking a proactive and skilled Executive Assistant to join our team in East Melbourne. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with our CEO and two Senior Consultants, helping shape the future of our business and impacting meaningful change across various organisations.

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide strategic support to two consultants, coordinating their schedules to maximise efficiency in business development and client engagements.
- Serve as a primary communication point, ensuring transparent and effective interaction between executives, clients, and internal teams.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders through exceptional interpersonal skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Planning and coordinating comprehensive travel itineraries and logistics for team events.
- Assisting in the preparation and facilitation of internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
- Addressing operational challenges, finding solutions, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Supporting the organisation of corporate events, and managing post-event follow-ups and client engagement.
