The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Finance & Administration Officer to join our ArmSec team.
This role provides critical support across finance, administration, and office operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and compliance with internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts Receivable:
Raise and distribute invoices for services including fleet technician charge-outs, locksmith services, CCTV projects, and training
Liaise with Shared Services and Credit Controller to ensure timely collections
Accounts Payable:
Process supplier invoices across multiple service lines
Maintain vendor records and resolve payment queries with suppliers and Shared Services
National Police Check Administration:
Coordinate checks with accredited agencies
Verify identity documents and manage secure storage of results
Office & Project Support:
Generate reports using Power BI
Support project administration and order office supplies
Other Accounting Support:
Conduct revenue assurance checks and rate verification
Assist with other finance-related administrative tasks as required
What You'll Need
Proven experience in finance operations, ideally within a corporate or shared services environment
Hands-on experience with SAP ERP, including journal entries, invoice processing, and reconciliations
Demonstrated capability in payroll-related accounting and balance sheet reconciliations
Proficiency in bank account reconciliations, inventory management and month-end reporting
High attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders
