We're looking for an experienced administration professional to join our national clinical trials organisation supporting world-leading brain cancer research.
This role plays a key part in keeping COGNO running smoothly. You'll support governance, committees, meetings, and day-to-day operations, working closely with a small, collaborative team in a purpose-driven environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Administrative, event and executive support across COGNO activities
* Coordination of meetings, agendas, minutes and documentation
* Supporting committee and stakeholder engagement
* Assisting with reporting and general operations
About You
You'll bring:
* Strong administrative and coordination skills
* High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
* Confidence working with diverse stakeholders
* A collaborative, proactive approach
* Experience in health, research, not-for-profit or higher education environments (desirable)
