Key Responsibilities

* Efficient management of the phone system.
* Warmly meeting and greeting clients.
* Handling phone and account queries with professionalism.
* Processing weekly inter-office stock orders and managing invoicing.
* Undertaking general administration tasks.
* Maintaining files and performing office duties.
* Scheduling service staff using our online platform.
