Our team requires a skilled professional to assist in the recovery of compensation payments from negligent third parties.
* As part of our expert recoveries team, you will work closely with a highly sophisticated client on complex litigation matters, including WorkSafe.
About Your Role
You will be responsible for analysing complex cases and developing effective strategies to ensure that funds can be put back into the scheme to protect all Victorians at work.
With your expertise, we will make sure genuinely injured people get the right amount of compensation so the system functions for all Victorian workers.
Key Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 3 years PQE and strong knowledge of insurance litigation.
As a Senior Associate/Special Counsel, you will be an integral part of our checks and balances ensuring access to justice and fairness.
