Rewards Coordinator
Job Description:
This role is ideal for someone with a genuine passion for safety, wellbeing, and supporting people through recovery.
* Managing and supporting the return-to-work process across various employers.
* Conducting risk assessments, incident investigations, and preparing detailed reports.
* Developing and implementing risk management plans to minimize claim frequency and severity.
* Providing claims and injury management assistance, working closely with clients and insurers.
* Auditing practices, procedures, and facilities for potential risks and compliance gaps.
* Supporting the creation and rollout of client documentation, such as policies and procedures.
* BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS, ENSURING SATISFACTION THROUGH PROACTIVE COMMUNICATION AND SOUND ADVICE.
Requirements:
