* We are seeking a skilled Reception and Front of House Coordinator to manage our front of house services at our Melbourne office.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities include:
1. Welcoming staff and visitors and providing office amenities.
2. Registering visitors in line with our security and access policies.
3. Maintaining boardroom and meeting room facilities.
4. Coordinating maintenance contractors according to our contractor policy.
5. Organizing daily office cleaning services.
6. Arranging catering and supplies for meetings and events.
7. Managing office stationery and consumables.
8. Coordinating courier services.
Requirements:

* Reception, concierge, or hospitality experience is beneficial but not essential.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
