Western Health seeks a Senior Consumer Peer Support Worker to join its Community Mental Health Team. This senior lived experience role provides peer support to consumers while offering day-to-day leadership, mentoring, and guidance to Consumer Peer Support Workers.
* The role is grounded in the Intentional Peer Support (IPS) framework and works closely with multidisciplinary teams to support recovery-oriented care.
