**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide high level support to Managing Director & coaching team
- Manage calendars and schedules for team members, ensuring efficient coordination of meetings and appointments using **Calendly** linked to our systems of **Google** tools
- Arrange travel bookings, accommodations, and itineraries
- Handle accounts and financial transactions using **Xero**:
- Manage the **CRM system**, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Manage business subscriptions and memberships
- Support coaching team with administrative tasks as needed
- Utilize **GoCardless** and **Stripe** for payment processing and management
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide administrative support as needed
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Manager or similar role
- Formal training in the business management sector (minimum certificate III)
- Expertise in scheduling, administration, and travel arrangements
- Proficiency in managing accounts using **Xero**:
- Proficiency or knowledge of **GoCardless** and **Stripe**:
- Proficiency or knowledge of **Zapier** or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-focused mindset
- Quick learner with the ability to keep up with a fast-paced, evolving business environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Lives in Australia. Australian resident with right to work
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
- Ability and willingness to participate in occasional domestic travel
**Preferred**:
- Experience working with coaches, consultants & training organisations
- Lives in Victoria, Australia
