Are you a highly organised and proactive Assistant with a passion for making a global impact? The SDG2 Advocacy Hub is seeking a dynamic Junior Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support across five continents.
About the Role
As the Junior Executive Assistant, you'll work directly with the CEO, Chief of Staff and Executive Office to maximise effectiveness, streamline internal operations, and enhance external engagement. This is a fully remote role, 6 month (initial) contract, ideal for a driven and detail-oriented professional based in Melbourne, Australia, who is ready to work in a fast-paced, international environment, with minimal working daytime staff contact.

* Manage with the Chief of Staff, the CEO's complex calendar, travel, and meetings across multiple time zones.
* Coordinate Board and other network meetings scheduling.
* Provide data maintenance and coordination support across a team in 5 continents.
* Communications, administration and logistical support.
* Maintain extensive expense reporting and monthly invoicing.
* Contribute to fostering a positive, collaborative, and high-performance virtual work culture.
What You'll Bring
* 2-3+ years' experience in a Junior Executive Assistant or Office Administration role.
* Strong remote work experience, including managing calendars across time zones.
* Excellent verbal and written communication.
* Ability to self-motivate with minimal daytime contact with the whole team.
* Proven organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage sensitive information.
* Proficiency in tools like Slack, Asana, Dropbox, Xero Accounting and Microsoft Office.
* Availability for working out of hours - Monday evenings and (minimum) one other evening per week.
* Experience (or a strong interest in) in the international development, UN, SDGs, or global food systems sectors.
