As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support our CEO and leadership team.

About the Role
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will provide high-level executive and administrative support that keeps our organisation running smoothly.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Managing calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel
Preparing correspondence, reports, minutes, presentations, and internal documentation
Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Supporting compliance, quality assurance, and NDIS documentation requirements
Coordinating events, internal communications, and office operations
Upholding confidentiality, professionalism, and the NDIS Code of Conduct
What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone who is confident, reliable, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
You will have:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
Excellent organisation, time-management, and attention to detail
Experience supporting senior leaders or executives (highly regarded)
Minimum 3+ years of experience supporting senior leaders or executives
Ability to work with confidential information and exercise sound judgement
Understanding of NDIS, healthcare, or community services (desirable)
Required checks include NDIS Worker Screening Check, WWCC, and a current driver's licence is a must
