Customer Service
This is a challenging role that involves managing the site's profit and loss ledgers, reporting requirements, and raising and issuing of all customer invoices.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a senior customer service and/or administration role, with a minimum of 5 years' experience. They will also have knowledge of procedures and systems, including Transport and Warehouse Management Systems.
* Manage the site's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Develop and implement effective customer service strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
* Lead a team of administrators and customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, using data analysis to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
