Our team is seeking an organized and friendly Receptionist to manage the front desk and support the office with administrative duties. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, handle phone calls and emails, and assist with a variety of office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Reception Duties:
o Welcoming guests in a professional and courteous manner.
o Answering, screening, and directing phone calls efficiently.
o Providing relevant information or directing calls to appropriate departments.
o Managing office visitors by registering them and directing them to the correct department or individual.
o Handling mail and deliveries, including sorting, distributing, and preparing outgoing packages.
* Administrative Support:
o Providing administrative assistance to the office, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and organizing documents.
