The Role:

Atherton are looking for a service administrator with proven experience in service coordination to join our team, based in our head office in Alphington. This is a full‑time position reporting to the National Service Operations Manager, and will be responsible for the delivery of service coordination through strong customer communication and an organised approach to future planning.

This position requires an experienced administrator who enjoys a fast‑paced working environment whilst having a keen eye for detail. The role requires the ability to follow system processes with a focus on continual improvement. Able to work autonomously and within a team to provide both internal and external customers with excellent customer service and support.

What you will be doing:

As the Service Coordinator and Administrative Assistant, you will:

* Coordinate works and associated requirements for a team of service technicians
* Create and assign work orders and purchase orders
* Respond to customer enquiries
* Scheduling all work types through calendar management
* Arrange accommodation, car hire and flights
* Action inventory requirements
* Communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders

About you:

The Service Coordinator and Administrative Assistant will have:

* Minimum 2 years related work experience with an administration qualification preferable
* High level computer skills including understanding of outlook, word and excel
* Process driven with a focus on continual improvement
* Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
* Proven experience in coordination and administration
* The ability to build strong customer relationships
* Strong decision‑making competencies and the ability to work autonomously
* Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
