AV is seeking an experienced executive assistant to provide administrative support for our Operational Logistics Division. This is a full time, permanent position currently based in Blackburn North.
**About the role**
Reporting to the Director Operational Logistics, the responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to:
- Be the initial point of contact for enquiries and correspondence to the Director Operational Logistics.
- Develop appropriate systems, procedures, and controls to enhance the accuracy, timelines, and presentation of work to support the Directors role and responsibilities.
- Foster constructive and effective working relationships within the Operational Logistics Division and across the organisation.
- Provide support to staff involved in the implementation of any process improvement initiatives.
- Draft, review, and screen various documents and ensure confidentiality, compliance, and completeness by assigning or tracking tasks.
**About you**
To be considered for this position you will possess:
- Completion of a degree or relevant industry certification with subsequent relevant experience or an equivalent combination of training and relevant experience.
- An understanding of and experience in regulatory environments and the workings of Government and public sector environments.
- Demonstrated experience in researching and analysing information, and providing reliable professional advice to senior level executives.
