About the Role
This is a pivotal support role, primarily providing high-quality personal and administrative assistance to our CEO and to the Senior Executive Leadership Team when required. You will manage competing priorities and deliver smooth day-to-day running of the office, handling calendar management, travel coordination, and collaborating with business support functions on events, offsites, and internal functions.

You have exceptional organizational skills, manage competing priorities without breaking a sweat, and pay meticulous attention to detail. You are proactive, solutions-focused, and resourceful, spotting tasks before being told. Your tech proficiency allows you to hit the ground running with standard office tools. You are professional yet personable, bringing warmth and positive energy to the team.
