The opportunity
We're looking for a Sales Personal Assistant to support an established, high-performing team in our Kew office. This is an ideal entry point into residential sales, where you'll work closely within a team, learn the end-to-end sales process, and build the foundations to progress into your own standalone sales role over time.
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting an experienced Sales Consultant with day-to-day activities
* Assisting with campaign management, marketing and listing preparation
* Coordinating open for inspections and buyer follow-up
* Managing databases and maintaining accurate records
* Liaising with vendors, buyers and internal teams
* Providing administrative and operational support to ensure smooth campaigns
What we're looking for
* Strong interest in building a career in real estate sales
* Excellent communication and people skills
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Proactive, driven and eager to learnAbility to work in a fast-paced, team environment
* Current Agent's Representative Certificate
* Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
* Local Area Knowledge
