Business Support Officer: Key Responsibilities

* Explain complex claims data and AP processes to vendors, ensuring seamless communication.
* Offer estimates on recoveries to support management forecasts.
* Report and escalate any vendor issues promptly, maintaining open lines of communication.
Key qualifications for this position include:
* A background in credit control or collections.
* Experience working with retail data movement or suppliers' AP data.
* Ability to work effectively with large datasets to drive meaningful outcomes.
