Responsibilities 
- Act as the first point of contact, handling enquiries with professionalism and discretion. 
- Manage complex diaries, correspondence, and priorities to keep focus on strategic goals. 
- Prepare and coordinate agendas, board papers, minutes, and reports in line with governance requirements. 
- Build trusted relationships with senior leaders, government, and partners. 
- Coordinate meetings and events, ensuring the Chief Executive is fully prepared and supported. 
- Handle sensitive matters with confidentiality, judgement, and integrity. 
About You 
- An experienced EA with exceptional organisational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. 
- Confident, discreet, and able to represent the Chief Executive’s office with credibility. 
- Proactive and adaptable, anticipating needs and keeping priorities moving. 
- Skilled in building trusted relationships at the most senior levels.
