Quality Assurance/Data Entry – Specialised Agribusiness Accounts
Location: Docklands and Bendigo locations available
Contract Duration: Starting immediately until June 30th (Potential for extension)
Hours: 8:30am-5pm
About the Role:
Join a specialised Banking accounts team, assisting with processing high volumes of customer account openings during the critical end-of-financial-year period. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with experience in admin/clerical roles and transactional processing, particularly in high-volume environments with tight deadlines. The role focuses on opening specialised customer accounts for taxation management purposes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the accurate and efficient opening of specialised customer accounts, in line with current regulatory requirements.
- Complete high-volume transactional/processing tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
- Adhere to strict deadlines, particularly during the high-demand weeks leading up to June.
- Ensure compliance with all necessary procedures, including regulatory and internal guidelines.
- Provide support to the team as needed, including potential overtime during the last two weeks of June.
About You:
- Previous experience in administration, data entry, or transactional processing, ideally in a banking or financial services environment.
- Previous expeirence in Quality Assurance is highly regarded
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling data.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Flexible with work hours, including the potential for overtime during peak periods.

Locations:
This role is available to candidates based in Bendigo, or Melbourne.
This role is fully office based for 2 weeks of training and then is 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
