**Executive Assistant - Part Time
**Department of Molecular Imaging & Therapy (MIT)**
- Austin Hospital, Heidelberg
- Part Time - 24-25 hours per week
- Ideally 5 x 5hrs Monday to Friday or 4 x 6hrs Monday to Thursday
- Monday requires 0800 start, but start time of other days is flexible
- HS3 Role: $37-39 per hour + salary packaging + super (pro-rata for part time)

**About the MIT Department**:
The MIT Department is a large tertiary imaging service including PET, Nuclear Medicine, Bone Mineral Densitometry and Radionucleide Therapy Services to Austin Health and the broader community. The Department also includes a radiochemistry scientific program and extensive research activites.
**About the role**:
A regular day will see you:
- Being a direct point of contact for the MIT Department, supporting the Management Team
- Coordinating calendars, meetings, and departmental administrative processes in support of the Management Team
- Performing medical administrative duties including payroll, recruitment, licencing / credentialling, and roster/leave management support.

- Experience in Executive Assistant / Medical Administration Support
- Highly developed computer skills
- Willingness to lead administrative change. Enthusiasm for the digitisation of admininstrative processes is a must
