**The Company**
Our client is an organisation who focus on collaboration developing policy, technical and financial solutions to support and reduce exposure to climate, water and environmental threats within Australia.
**The Role**
- Provide executive assistance to the Chief Operating Officer and other members of the executive team as required.
- Provide administerial assistance to the Leadership Team and Regional Hub Managers and hub teams.
- Provide executive assistance to the Chief Operating Officer and other members of the Executive as required.
- Provide administerial support to the Leadership Team and Regional Hubs.
- Build and maintain strong and effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the efficient delivery of administrative services in a collaborative manner.
- Provide accurate and timely advice, information, service or referral in response to internal and external enquiries.
- Prepare documentation with a high degree of accuracy and professional presentation.
- Arrange travel itineraries, conference registrations, accommodation arrangements and expenses for the CEO, COO and Leadership Team as required.
- Coordinate meetings and assist in the organisation of events, conferences and workshops where required.
- Assist the Business Operations Manager with a broad range of tasks and processes as required on an ad hoc basis.
- Create and write the minutes and agendas.
- General administration and coordination of the office.
- Diary management for the executives.

- Demonstrated experience providing executive assistance to senior organisational representatives.
- Strong communications skills, with the ability to communicate to a wide range of employees and stakeholders.
- Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Demonstrated ability to meet operational requirements in a flexible and changing environment and is self-motivated.
- Strong work ethic, commitment to continuous improvement, openness to new ideas and creative approaches to problem solving.
- Strong computer competency including demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office, finance and operational systems.
- High Level of attention to detail and excellent time management skills to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Ability to exercise independent judgement and constructively solve problems to make effective decisions based on knowledge of policy and procedures.
- Ability to exercise confidentiality and discretion.
