Job Description
Executive Assistant – Senior Leadership TeamWhat You’ll Do:Support calendaring, travel, expenses, and special projects for VPs/Directors.Manage incoming requests independently, escalate when necessary, and ensure follow-up.Serve as a core member of the Senior Leadership team.Handle complex calendar management, prioritizing schedules and conflicts.Plan and organize meetings, including agendas, locations, technology, and post-meeting action items.Act as proxy for communications and approvals when authorized.Arrange travel itineraries optimizing for meetings and manage expenses.Provide analytical support for special projects, including research and reporting.Collaborate with other EAs and executives on confidential and critical matters.
Minimum Qualifications:6+ years administrative experience, with 2+ supporting senior executives (VP/Director level or above).Excellent communication skills across all levels.Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential info with maturity.Advanced skills in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Desired Skills:Experience in the high-tech industry preferred.Bachelor’s degree in business, Technology, or related field.Problem-solving, leadership, and process improvement mindset.Organized, focused, and dedicated with strong attention to detail.Advanced calendar management expertise.
