Job Title: Support Worker - Recovery Services Centre

About the Role
In this role, you will work collaboratively with participants to encourage self-determination and active involvement in their recovery journey. This includes identifying and assessing risks associated with participant activities, communicating mitigation strategies to management, and assisting with day-to-day tasks.
