About the Role
Help keep a fast-growing healthcare technology team running like a well-oiled machine. We're looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to our General Manager and leadership team – including the Head of Health Solutions, Head of Engagement and Partnerships, Head of Services, and Head of Product. This is a pivotal role for someone who loves being at the centre of the action – coordinating moving pieces, solving problems before they land, and creating order in a busy, complex environment.
As Personal Assistant, you'll be the trusted right hand to the General Manager and a key support to the broader leadership team. You will:
* Manage complex calendars and competing priorities across multiple senior leaders
* Prepare high-quality briefing packs, presentations, reports and board/meeting papers
* Handle confidential matters with absolute discretion
* Coordinate travel, expenses and general executive administration
* Support divisional meetings, planning sessions and leadership forums
* Organise workshops, team events, customer forums and partner meetings
* Track and follow up on actions and decisions to keep things moving
* Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
* Help coordinate divisional reporting, budgets, purchase orders and invoicing
* Support recruitment activities (interview scheduling, candidate coordination)
* Assist with strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives across the division
In short – you'll play a critical role in enabling leaders to focus on strategy, while you keep the operational wheels turning smoothly.
About You
You're an exceptionally organised, proactive Personal Assistant who genuinely enjoys supporting senior leaders in a dynamic environment. You're calm under pressure, a natural problem solver and confident dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
