The Opportunity

Joining our friendly team as an Executive Administration Assistant, you are responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the Executive team across Frances Perry House

Your key duties and responsibilities of this job include:

Assisting the executive team with administrative tasksProvide confidential and efficient secretarial services in relation to flow of information.Prepare, format and deliver documents as directed.Plan and coordinate functions & special projects as required.Maintenance of staff and doctor records & files.Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essentialAct as a liaison between the executive team and key stakeholders

Skills And Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll be an enthusiastic individual with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will also have ability to converse and show initiative as well as being able to multitask.

You will also bring:

Prior Experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar positionComputer literacy including the Microsoft Office suite of programsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsComfortable working within a multidisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical staffUnderstanding of the importance to protect the integrity and confidentiality of informationMultitasking, prioritisation, and attention to detail

Remuneration

On offer is base hourly rate ranging from $32.29+ superannuation based on experience level and qualifications, exclusive of penalties or allowances.

Frances Perry House is a leading private maternity and women's health hospital in Melbourne. The hospital accommodates 93 beds including surgical and maternity units, Level 4 Special Care Nursery, 7 birthing suites, 4 operating theatres, a day surgery unit and urodynamics procedure room.

Requirements
