* Provide executive support to the CFO Enabling Units Finance and Executive DD&AI Transformation Finance.
* You'll be supported to manage your career, work, and life.
* Showcase your skills in performing administrative duties associated with the daily managing and operation of the CFO & Executive's workload.

In the role of an Executive Assistant, you will join the Enabling Units Finance Team that's doubling down on keeping it simple.

Reporting to the Executives of EU Finance, you'll go above and beyond to:

* Ensure your Executives are fully and seamlessly supported in an accurate and timely manner in all aspects of the execution of their role, and that their time can be directed to managing executive level activity, this includes managing travel arrangements.
* Ensure all administrative matters in the office are undertaken proactively and efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups on tasks and deadlines for the Executives.
* Ensure Executives time is structured according to their priorities and that they are prepared for internal and external meetings, conferences, and functions, including client events.
* Onboarding/Offboarding of Executive's direct report employees including managing Colleague Connect issues, and managing delegated systems (Sourceline, PAP, Phub/SAP, MyID, Service NAB).
* Ensure individuals adhere to the work expense policy and process, proactively raise any events or issues, and assist in preparing monthly reports.
* Confident using enterprise systems (e.g. SAP, Ariba, Flexipurchase) and advanced Microsoft Office tools.

We're looking for the best and the brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

* Track record of experience in previous administrative roles; within financial services highly regarded.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Exceptional verbal and written communications skills with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior level.
* Collaborative, forward thinking, proactive, with outstanding attention to detail.
* Competent in reviewing & approving monthly expenses and delegated approvals (FlexiPurchase, Sourceline invoices, SAP reimbursements, etc).
* Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail is essential for this role.
* High level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability.
