Public sector education organisation looking for an experienced administration assistant!
**Your new company**
The Department leads the delivery of education and development services to children, young people and adults both directly through government schools and indirectly through the regulation and funding of early childhood services, non-government schools and training programs.
**Your new role**
- Provide high quality broad based administrative support to the Office of the Executive Project Director.
- Management of workflow of correspondence in and out of the Office. Quality Assurance reviews of all draft documents, ensuring a high level of attention to detail. Key contact for all workflow related issues.
- Management of all records, documents and filing utilising required electronic records management systems and processes.
- Act as a key business user in relation to the organisations' information management systems, in particular CM9, Office 365 and 'The Hub' SharePoint to ensure information is appropriately registered and controlled and promote the use of correct document and information management processes.
- Collate, manage and distribute relevant Executive meeting papers, ensuring OneNote and CM9 are kept up to date.
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated expertise in the provision of high-quality administrative support services at senior management level, including managing work schedules, anticipating needs, and coordinating and providing relevant project support.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships within and external to the organisation.
- Previous experience working within the state Government is highly regarded.
