The Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Administration Officer to join our team. You'll be the welcoming face of Marina, managing a busy reception and delivering outstanding customer service to residents, visitors, and staff.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate a busy switchboard and manage reception
* Greet guests and accept deliveries
* Assist with rosters and minimise vacant shifts
* Support recruitment, staff education, and payroll tasks
* Provide administrative support to the General Manager
* Maintain smooth front and back‑of‑house operations
* Build strong relationships with TLC employees
What You'll Need
* Strong computer skills and attention to detail
* Aged Care experience (desirable)
* Certificate III in Administration or Individual Support (desirable)
* NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
* Eligibility to work in Australia
